Pinsami is a premium traditional flatbread brand that was founded in 2017 in Reggio Emilia, Italy. It uses only carefully selected natural ingredients such as wheat, chickpea flour, and rice flour. Following the ancient Roman tradition of baking, the flatbread undergoes a long 72-hour fermentation process and handmade production to create a healthy and delicious Pinsa.
