IL POLLENZA는 이탈리아 마르케 지역 톨렌티노에 위치한 프리미엄 와인 생산지로, 아드리아 해와 아펜니노 산맥 사이의 독특한 테루아를 지닌 250헥타르 규모의 에스테이트입니다. 13세기로 거슬러 올라가는 역사를 지닌 Brachetti-Peretti 가문이 20년전  이 땅을 인수하여, 16세기 르네상스 건축물을 보존  하면서 현대적 양조 기술을 접목했습니다.

IL POLLENZA is a prestigious wine estate located in Tolentino, in Italy’s Marche region, spanning 250 hectares and blessed with a unique terroir between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine Mountains.

The land was acquired around 20 years ago by the historic Brachetti-Peretti family, whose roots date back to the 13th century. While preserving the estate’s 16th-century Renaissance architecture, the family has seamlessly integrated modern winemaking techniques.

The estate’s 60 hectares of vineyards are situated on gently rolling hills at elevations between 110 and 190 meters above sea level, featuring a distinctive soil composition of calcareous alluvial soils blended with clay. Both international grape varieties and indigenous grapes from the Marche are cultivated, with a strict commitment to 100% hand harvesting and manual selection.

The family motto, “Per Angusta ad Augusta” (“Through hardship to greatness”), embodies the winery’s philosophy of pursuing excellence through challenge. Its historic connection to Pope Pius IX further enriches the legacy and prestige of IL POLLENZA.
