Dicaf Coffee is an Italian premium coffee brand with roots dating back to the early 1940s, when it opened a roastery in Bra, in the province of Cuneo. Over 80 years, Dicaf has developed unique blends and a diverse product range, including roasted beans, Nespresso-compatible capsules, and espresso drip coffee. Renowned for its organic and non-toxic decaffeinated coffee, Dicaf adopted supercritical CO₂ decaffeination in 1991—a solvent-free, safe, and clean method. Since the 1990s, Dicaf has embraced environmental sustainability and biodiversity, earning organic certification in 1999 and delivering a rich, smooth espresso experience rooted in ethical production.
