Founded in Modena, Italy in 1891, Aceto Balsamico del Duca is a distinguished family-owned brand carrying on five generations of balsamic vinegar tradition.

The Grosoli family is a renowned family representing Modena’s balsamic vinegar heritage. Mariangela Grosoli served for many years as President of the Consortium for the Protection of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, representing local producers and promoting the quality and international reputation of Modena balsamic vinegar.

Using grape must from the Modena area and Italian wine vinegar, Del Duca combines traditional ageing techniques with rigorous quality control to create an elegant balance of sweetness, acidity and rich flavor.
